This Google sheet is a sample of how we perform our copyright/permissions process when working on assessing a faculty member’s publications for inclusion in the University of Pennsylvania’s institutional repository, ScholarlyCommons (http://repository.upenn.edu).
When we perform permissions checks, we share the Google sheet with our faculty members so that they can see the progress and results on their publications. Once the permissions check is complete and everything is uploaded, we download the spreadsheet, archive it in an internal folder, and delete the Google Sheet.
Please read the instructions before using the spreadsheet (see the Instructions tab) – many of the fields contain formulas that shouldn’t be erased.
